Cervicogenic Headaches
Cervicogenic headaches are secondary headaches related to dysfunction or injury at the neck. It is usually one on side of the face or head. Treatment often includes manual therapy to improve mobility in the cervical spine, targeted exercises to strengthen the deep neck and upper back muscles, and stretching to reduce tightness in surrounding tissues. We also focus on posture correction and movement training to reduce strain on the neck during daily activities. The goal is to decrease headache frequency and intensity while improving neck function and overall comfort.
